Neuroplasticity and Habit Change: The "Easy" Path to a Better Version of Yourself

I sincerely believe in the ability of a person to change, and neuroplasticity (the ability of the human brain to change under the influence of new experiences) proves it.

Neuroplasticity is a real, non-movie superpower that hides behind everything familiar, comfortable, and a Netflix subscription.
But to get there and blaze new neural trails in the brain that will carry me to the gym and choose grilled fish instead of burgers, I need to do a titanic amount of work and do it for a long time.
I have been losing weight my entire adult life, fighting laziness and not giving up my childish hopes of understanding how to live so that it would be easier, simpler. And only at 35, I finally accepted the fact:
☝ transformation and growth are almost always where it is hard, painful and boring , but it is precisely the ability to endure these “hard-painful-boring” that is the password to the treasury where changes happen to us.
Is it possible to do without them?
Is it necessary to “suffer” for your slim body, regular income and strong union?
☝ It is possible, but you will still have to sweat.
Bruschetta with Aperol is not the absence of suffering, just as jogging at dawn is not a priori. There is pain in hedonism , as anyone who has ever suffered from a hangover or spent a long time paying off a loan for spontaneous purchases will confirm, just as there is an ocean of pleasure in jogging (especially when it ends...).
For the current five-year period, I have chosen 3 ideas that promise transformation and should not lead to a nervous tic:
Clearly understand why . What kind of person do I want to be. What kind of life do I want to live?
Action → habit → character → destiny
The price that the life of my dreams has. And its name is "hard-painful-boring".
Bargaining is possible, but not in the case of character. There, price always equals quality.
But where you can definitely make things “easier” is by learning to prioritize your goals.
Plan an adequate schedule. Lay a foundation of habits. Keep your thoughts, affairs, finances and things in order. So that there is space and strength to do quality squats in the gym.
And this is all my area of competence - a legal field where I can simplify my work on myself.
I invite you to simplify on the program "From the Vision of Life to the Order. Wardrobe" . The program can be completed in full in the recording, in a group or in individual work with me, both the whole or any block of your choice.
