3. Get to know the “Goals” database template in Notion. Fill the database with your goals, dreams, and desires. Design three goals using the ready-made “Goals” page template.
In this lesson, you will understand what goals are and how they differ from desires and dreams. You will learn why to set goals, in what situations it is better to give up on them and how to determine what you really want.
You will get acquainted with examples when the absence of goals is a natural stage of life, and when they become an important guideline. In the practical part of the lesson, you will begin to fill out the "Goals" database in Notion, which will help you structure your aspirations.

In this lesson, you will learn what habits are, how they are formed, and why they play a key role in achieving goals. We will analyze how to consciously implement habits that actually serve your goals, and are not imposed from the outside.
You will understand which habits support your goals and which ones interfere with them, and learn how to choose 3-6 key habits to work on in the coming months. In the practical part of the lesson, you will fill out the "Habit Tracker" in Notion, which will help you track progress and integrate new habits into your life management system.
